I have purchased 8 cars in Boise in the past 9 years. I have had only two good buying experiences; the first was with Saturn of Boise (which I found out this weekend was an Edmark dealership) and the secon have had only two good buying experiences; the first was with Saturn of Boise (which I found out this weekend was an Edmark dealership) and the second was this past weekend with Edmark Kia. I love how Edmark has a completely transparent buying process. There is no running to the back office to see what types of numbers some mysterious person is willing offer you as the "best deal" over and over. There is no question as to what you are paying for or what your options are. They even pulled up a list of all the vehicles I was considering on a spreadsheet so I could compare prices and trim levels. All the possible incentives were listed, too, so I could see what the MSRP was and what I would actually pay. It was amazing. Mr. Edmark himself even came over and introduced himself to me and asked me how the process was going for me. I will never go to any other dealership again. More
