Took my 2012 Kia Sportage over for service, I noticed stitching tearing loose on passenger seat. They replaced the seat with no questions or problems , serviced my vehicle. I had noticed a rattle in the stitching tearing loose on passenger seat. They replaced the seat with no questions or problems , serviced my vehicle. I had noticed a rattle in the car so a tech took a test drive with me, scheduled an appointment and they took care of it. They go over and above to make sure that I am satisfied when I leave there. I love this car and the service that I have had and would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

I bought a car four months ago from another dealer in town and it was the worst experience I have ever had. The salesman I worked with, Tony, was great. He did not try and talk me into a car I wasn't interested in, which I found to be the case at other dealerships. 2008 Saturn Outlook, 35,000 miles. During a service visit for an oil change the week before, the technician noticed a slight leak at the left front output drive seal of the transmission. The service advisor (Randy) asked that I make an appointment to have the seal replaced at no charge. I did make an appointment to have the work done with Bill Weaver. While doing the repair it was noticed that a slight coolant leak was developing at the water pump. They replaced the necessary parts to repair the problem, also at no charge. Great service. Neither problem was a cause for concern and probably would have gone unnoticed, but this dealer was willing to fix the potential problems while the car was still under warranty. Edmark will certainly be my first choice for our next automobile purchase and all service work. More
Had to bring in my car for a recall. Matthew set me up for an appointment on the day and time I wanted. He got me in and out a half hour earlier than their estimate.
