The new car had teething problems when I drove it. Then Jason wanted to test drive and I received a call to validate it was okay for him to drive the car for a number of miles to find out if there was anything else. After we talked and I said I was following the break-in procedure, he assured me he understood and would follow what I was doing as well. Excellent service, caring, others stopped by to ask how I was doing, the owner stopped to visit with me, felt like part of the family. From my perspective, you cannot find a better dealership and service, period. More

Matt Christensen and Ron Bovee helped me so much while looking for my new car. Matt was able to show me the cars in my price range and nothing else. Had a check engine light appear on my 2010 Silverado Duramax 3500 on a Saturday. I called the dealership and was scheduled to get it checked out on Monday. Diagnostics indicated an issue with the Turb Duramax 3500 on a Saturday. I called the dealership and was scheduled to get it checked out on Monday. Diagnostics indicated an issue with the Turbo requiring replacement. Since this is an unusual replacement item the part was not in stock nor was there one at any other dealership in the area. Edmark ordered the part and when it arrived scheduled my truck back in and completed the work in one day. Although I didn't need it I was offered transporation home and a pick-up when the job was done. The work was all completed under warranty with no out of pocket costs. Randy Roberts, my service writer, was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional, friendly, and courteous. Love my Chevy truck and would recommend Edmark. More

Everyone including the worker who opened the door was extremely nice. That is mostly forgotten when a business is so short staffed at other places. My only regret is I forgot to ask how to change menu # 3 (miles left with gas held) to menu #7 (how fast you are going). The work was recall and overcoat which was 0 so I would say the price was right. The car was bright and shiny inside and out - very nice. More

Mr. Bishop was the associate that I worked with and he was amazing. He was able to get me into the car that I wanted at the rate and price that I wanted.
