I made an appointment with Paul Casey to test drive a new zdx. I arrived at the scheduled time, but the salesman was not available so they got someone from Honda to help me and then they did not have a new zdx. I have had multiple dealings with Mike in the service department. He always welcomes me, now by name, is always very polite, upbeat, and friendly. Often I wait in the customer area when having an oil c department. He always welcomes me, now by name, is always very polite, upbeat, and friendly. Often I wait in the customer area when having an oil change, and he always gives me updates on the progress of the work. He also always offers a ride if I don't choose to wait for the service. He helped me sync my Bluetooth phone when I finally got one, and worked with me when it turned out that the car's Bluetooth wasn't working and the warranty had expired. The best part of the coming in for service is that everything is explained and questions answered thoroughly, and there is no pressure for extra work to be done. I don't feel like unnecessary work is recommended, so when some procedure or repair is suggested, I have time to discuss it with my husband rather than make a snap decision. More

Dorman was professional in his knowledge of the wide variety of makes of SUVS. He took time to answer all of my questions. He was not pressuring me at all. There wasn't bothersome phone calls to me and he waited until I returned to focus on the purchase another day. This "buying a car" procedure has been very negative in my past. Dorman took all the stress and worry out of the transaction. He made sure to followup on the after purchase with the same calm reassuring mannerism that is special about Dorman. This was honestly the best experience I have ever had in my life. I will seek him out for the next car purchase. I currently referring anyone who is in the car buying market to Dorman. One of the most enjoyable car buying experiences we have ever had. Our sales person and the finance manager were not pushy compared to the negative experience we typically have at dealerships. We didn't ha ever had. Our sales person and the finance manager were not pushy compared to the negative experience we typically have at dealerships. We didn't have to spend hours haggling to get the price we wanted for the new vehicle or our trade in. We would definately make the drive to Eugene again to purchase another vehicle. More
