I have always taken both of my Fords to Ken Wilson for service at a reasonable price and also purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer there. The last visit I had a simple oil change for my 2020 Ford Explorer done service at a reasonable price and also purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer there. The last visit I had a simple oil change for my 2020 Ford Explorer done and it cost $73.27 for the same service that I paid $52.72, 6 months ago, an over 30% increase! This dealership used to be a five star family owned dealership when Ken Wilson owned it with customers in mind, but new ownership, Crossroads Ford, has taken this dealership in the opposite direction. I would not recommend this dealership for service and price. More
