Made a scheduled appointment which took over 3 weeks to appear. Upon arrival on 9/19/23 at 8:00 am was pleasantly greeted. Spent time with Liz Garcia, who was very helpful in solving one of two of my issue appear. Upon arrival on 9/19/23 at 8:00 am was pleasantly greeted. Spent time with Liz Garcia, who was very helpful in solving one of two of my issues. I experienced several hazard lights coming on: Pre-collision Assist, Hill Start, Traction Control, and ABS lights. She hooked up the computer for diagnostics. She said she updated the system and had the various modules talking to each other. The second problem, with tires was fixed in The Express Department and very happy with the work they did. When I drove home the hazard lights came back on. I called and left voice messages for Liz Garcia on Wednesday 9-20, Thursday 9-21, and Friday 9-22. Did not get a return call from the voicemails. My plan is to show up Monday 9-25, unannounced at 8:00 am. The reason for my sense of urgency is we are planning a long trip in October and do not want to drive without these safety features.
