The lady that checked my car in for recall was so nice & professional. She sent me over to Herb. He was on the phone. He was so unprofessional. He looked over at the lady & was so mean telling her her not t professional. She sent me over to Herb. He was on the phone. He was so unprofessional. When I got home I remembered I wanted to check & see if I could get the tire pressure light turned off. I called Ken Wilson Herb answered I asked if him if they could get tire pressure light he said he would have them check it out. When I went to pick escape up the next day I looked at the paper he handed me & seen the tire pressure light was not on the list. I asked Herb did they check tire pressure light. He said the lady wrote up the escape was there for recall. He acted like he didn't know anything about tire pressure light. I don't like being lied to. He said they would have to order part for $80 & $50 to install. He never said anything about me calling him to check tire pressure light to see if they could get it to turn off. I didn't let him order part. I don't think I want my car to be worked on by his staff, since he is so mean to me & his employees. When you let someone else be service manager let me know & I will let Ken Wilson work on the escape again. More
