My truck repairs have been put off for a day on two separate occasions, this is after dropping it off the night before both times. The second time was after waiting three weeks for the appointment. Service department ripped us off after fixing what they already “fixed”. The bill was ridiculously high considering they had it for 3.5 months with no timeline given. Then on top of it someone smashed the already “fixed”. The bill was ridiculously high considering they had it for 3.5 months with no timeline given. Poor sales due to dishonest warranty salesman. I asked for an estimate for a GM Certified warranty and he tried selling me an aftermarket $4000 warranty. Pretending that he didn’t understand what I asked for an estimate for a GM Certified warranty and he tried selling me an aftermarket $4000 warranty. Pretending that he didn’t understand what I wanted. Later told me I’d have to talk to my salesman for what I’m asking for. Obviously no commission for him with GM warranty. Service department didn’t honor my appointment and my vehicle sat one full day without getting looked at. Took a week and a half for parts and two weeks after that to start the two day repair. I’m not at all satisfied with Waschke. More
First they told me the wrong date so when I showed up I had to make a new appointment, I put new date into my phone and when I repeated the new date they said the date wrong again. Brought my truck in agai had to make a new appointment, I put new date into my phone and when I repeated the new date they said the date wrong again. Brought my truck in again for another service after having made the appointment about 10 day earlier, only to find out they did not have the parts, had to wait 1/2 hour for them to drive to their other dealership and another 1/2 hour back to get the parts. When I went to pay my bill I said wow, not as expensive as I thought it would be, to which the lady at the service desk blurted out, well I can add some ther charges if you would like. Very professional lady! Paid my bill and left. The next day got a call that they failed to charge me $54.01 for the filter and oil. Offered to eat the charges but that is not the way I was raised. Made a special trip back to town the next day to square up. Handed the guy $100.01 to payoff the bill. Was handed $56 back . I looked at him and said I thought you said it was $54.01, and looked at my change. Finally was able to get the correct change & leave. My last 3 or 4 appointments have been botched in some way. More

When I went in to Ken Waschke Auto Plaza, I had a few questions about an option I wanted to put on my truck. Not only were my questions answered immediately and professional advice offered, but also Paul questions about an option I wanted to put on my truck. Not only were my questions answered immediately and professional advice offered, but also Paul walked me back to the parts desk and made sure exactly what I needed was ordered. I looked all across the northern half of the state in order to find the best deal. I had inquired on different vehicles at SEVERAL dealerships around the Iron Range. They were the quickest to follow up with me, answered all of my questions, and did not push me to come into the dealership "same day". I am beyond satisfied with my experience here. More
