On 3/22/2023, Ken Vance Motors service professional completed a tire rotation and oil change on our 2019 Honda CRV. The staff are friendly and very competent. Long time customer. Tied to schedule oil change. They now use a call service. It was a nightmare. When I call I prefer to speak with Jessie in service, not a call center that did not even know Ken Vance has use a call service. It was a nightmare. Recall Regret I just wanted to tell people getting a recall for the air bag shrapnel that I went in to the Eau Claire WI Honda dealership with cruise control and a I just wanted to tell people getting a recall for the air bag shrapnel that I went in to the Eau Claire WI Honda dealership with cruise control and a horn that worked and as soon as I left the dealership they didn't work. I rescheduled an appointment with them for the following week about the problem, and they just took it apart, and said it was on it's way out. My husband knew what had happened for he works on all our vehicles. He told them that they pulled to hard without applying pressure to the clock spring. Well then after I left the next day my car wouldn't start. My husband said they didn't put the battery on right. So my husband fixed that. He started to fix the clock spring and they put so much thread locking fluid that the screw was striped and he has to drill it out. They knew that he was going to fix it why would they put this on at all. I'm now driving our back up car because I received bad service, for a recall item. I wish they would had just put in the part at my cost since they already had it torn apart, but instead they had bad customer service, and left me with a problem to fix. More
