Ken Stoepel Ford is outstanding at everything! I bought my F-150 from Gary Washington in late December 2018. He did everything I asked, including not pester me with what he had on the lot until he could p my F-150 from Gary Washington in late December 2018. I promptly screwed up and broke a plastic lens on a trailer-towing mirror that is a bit unusual on an F-150 - folds in electrically and looks pretty expensive. The Parts Dept was very helpful in chasing down a replacement lens correct for the mirror. Then David Cathey worked with me to get it installed quickly, as I was about to leave on a trip. Today I had my first experience with their Quick Lane service facility on an oil and filter change, general checkup, and tire rotation. I couldn't believe how efficient they were - Service Advisor Aron Rider has a growth on his left hand, actually an iPad secured by a leather strap. They are trying to get to completely paperless and are a good ways along on the project. OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP! (Check my other reviews - if it weren't so, I would have told you!) More

dishonest service prices Ford truck broke down, they stated $10500 to repair, then 4500 to repair. Finally $3600 to repair Called around & same work at another shop was $2000 Ford truck broke down, they stated $10500 to repair, then 4500 to repair. He kept in contact with me so I had never had to wonder where they were in reference to the status of my vehicle. He got me a ride home and arranged to have me picked up when it was ready. If you ever require service at Stoepel, ask for David. You'll be glad you did! More

I had the privilege of talking to David Spinks in the Quick Lane. He managed to beat the other competitors prices and is one of the nicest people you would ever want to deal with! Super service, good tires and a great individual to do business with! Don't waste your time like I did. Take it to Stoepel first! You're gonna get the best deal there anyway! More

Impeccable customer service! We were just passing through Kerrville TX with our fifth wheel from Nazareth PA on our way to Mesa AZ. My check engine light came on for a reoccurring We were just passing through Kerrville TX with our fifth wheel from Nazareth PA on our way to Mesa AZ. My check engine light came on for a reoccurring intermittent issue. I tried to get it looked at by a dealer in Texarkana TX but was dealt an attitude. I cleared the code myself and on our stop in Kerrville the light came on again. I called Ken Stoepel Ford to see if I could bring the truck in before we continued on today and Kevin Ortiz picked up the phone. He didn't promise he could get the truck done today, but did say they would be able to look at it. We were elated when he called at 4 PM, roughly six hours after the drop off, to say it was done and that Lou the shuttle driver would be at the campground to pick me up in 10 minutes. I wasn't expecting much after the dealer encounter in Texarkana, but Kevin went way above and beyond, and couldn't have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Lou was beyond friendly and seems to really enjoy his job and made all of us in the shuttle feel welcome. 1800 miles from home with a tow vehicle issue and Kevin, Lou, and the rest of the Stoepel crew got us back on the road in less than a day. It's a little too far to go for us for an oil change every 5000 miles, but when in the area again, these guys get our business! Way above and beyond!!!! More
