I am in Kerrville working away from my home and I started having truck trouble A day before I was scheduled to go home after Being gone a month. Cameron, after hearing my situation, along with Mr Phillip the shop foreman, proceeded to isolate and fix my engine trouble. They got on the phone with our vehicle repair maintenance department for our company and got the repairs approved and my truck fixed by the very next day! I am able to go home on time, and in time for the Easter holiday thanks to the most excellent professional customer service that happened at Ken Stoepel Ford. This caliber of service has been rare for me to find traveling around. About 50% of dealerships no matter which brand, FAILS. This dealership is the exception. Thank you Cameron and Phillip. More
Terrible experience and I will never again use this dealership! The rep Ken was very condescending to me both on the phone and in person!! I had a simple issue and they found a way to initially make it a huge ordeal. The vehicle was under warranty and they wanted to collect $175. I contested that and then they did eventually agree that they will work on the truck without charging me that $175. Crazy policy, but that is another topic for someone else to complain about. Anyway, I scheduled an appointment about a week out, which was fine, with a FULL understanding that I had to wait while they were working on the vehicle. This should have been either a quick fix or, a quick diagnosis and I should have been on my way. Two and a half hours went by and they hadn't even got the truck in yet! I couldn't wait any longer because I had other obligations out of town that I had scheduled and couldn't reschedule. What I ended up doing is driving 7 hours round trip to get the truck fixed from the Ford dealer who welcomes the warranty work and gets it done. I had an appointment with my trusted dealer and, no sooner did I get out of my vehicle they were pulling it into the bay!! Everything was a problem with Ken Stopple Ford however, going forward, it will no longer be my problem! More
Within the last ten days I've had two occasions to use the Quick Lane at Ken Stoepel Ford. Then I scheduled an appointment for today, 9-19-23, due to issues with my vehicle's battery. Logan Landen provided professional service, and my vehicle was ready with a new battery in thirty minutes. Both of these individuals were professional, courteous and friendly, treating customers like human beings, not "numbers"--no matter how busy they were. More
The service department takes forever and no one seems to know what they are doing. Then once you have waited a month for the parts to come in and you have spent 30 days hounding them they don't even call yo know what they are doing. Finally bring the truck in for repair and they don't fix it right, leave stains all over the vehicle and obviously didn't test what they fixed because it was still broken once they gave the truck back. Take it back to have them make it right and you wait hours in the waiting room with no answers. This is by far the worst run service department I have ever visited. More
Don't know about sales, but service follow-up is non-existent. Had my diesel truck serviced there and afterward realized there was an issue with the DEF gauge. They did top off the DEF. After several hundred miles, the DEF gauge hasn't moved. That is a critical indicator for a diesel engine. Called for assistance and after initially telling me it was not a "real" problem, relented to an appointment - weeks away. Told them I was traveling (with the truck) for the next couple of months. They said I could use any dealer and have a good trip. Then hung up on me. GREAT customer service! Will NOT use them again. More

No use having a warrenty if you can’t get it fixed. At least if you take your vehicle to San Antonio a 8:00 appointment means just that. A lot if huff and puff about service they can’t even spell the word. Great Ford Dealer The customer service at Ken Stoepel Ford in Kerrville is the best. I had a new battery purchased and installed there today and the service is great.
