I explained my financial situation and immediate struggle to Mr. Smith, who then waived the amount. Kevin Ortiz ensured car repairs and explained the issues in a way I could understand. Daughter needed car for college. Our daughter had a car accident about 3 weeks before purchasing this car. We looked on several different sights and had also called Gary. After sending a relative out to inspect several different dealerships in Dallas with no luck and a lot of lemons, Gary called us with a potential vehicle. It was inspected and found to be in good condition both on the outside and with the engine (it passed all of Ford's criteria in their internal inspection) a test drive was made and we went for it.
