July 4th weekend and got us back on the road in 2 hours! Hats off to Ken Stoepel Ford. My husband and I were pulling our 5th wheel to Kerrville and all of sudden the hose that goes to the turbo blew. It is Hats off to Ken Stoepel Ford. My husband and I were pulling our 5th wheel to Kerrville and all of sudden the hose that goes to the turbo blew. It is almost noon and a 4th of July holiday. I called Stoepel Ford in Kerrville, Texas and spoke to Tommy Terrell. He told us to park our RV and bring in our truck and he would took care of us. We were prepared to rent a car and stay a couple more days. As soon as we pulled into the service bay Tommy met us and within 5 minutes he had given our truck to Phillip to repair. When Tommy came to update us we told him we hadn’t eaten. He said, let me have our driver (Lou) take you to find something to eat. Within 15 minutes we were at a great place to eat. We ate and Lou picked us up and our truck was ready. Now how is that or service? Thank you Tommy, Philip and Lou. More

Grateful for everything! I was devastated to learn the amount that I would have to pay on car repairs. I spoke with Mr. Smith, Service Manager, who was very kind and helpful. I explained my financial situation and immediate struggle to Mr. Smith, who then waived the amount. Kevin Ortiz ensured car repairs and explained the issues in a way I could understand. Recall Been a customer of Stoepel for many years. Called about a recall on airbags mentioned on TV, but found out about another recall needed attention. Mr Been a customer of Stoepel for many years.
