Happy with our purchase Andrea pretty much met us at the door. We had been looking online and were interested in a Ford Explorer. She asked about the options and color we were interested in. She did not try to upsell us with options we had no interest in, just LISTENED to us. Although the dealership did not have the color we wanted, we went for a test drive. She was then able to locate a vehicle for us and was able to have the vehicle at the dealership in just 2 days!
