All the employees were very personable and made me feel at home. I was especially impressed with my salesperson, Logan Landen. He is young but very eager to please and has done his homework on the products he offers for sale. It truly was a pleasure buying my new truck here. More

Peggy absolutely made me feel that she was making a personal commitment to me to deliver the best customer service possible. And, she was very helpful in working with me to develop a good deal for me and for the dealership. She spent the time to fully brief me on the features of my new truck, which I really appreciate. Peggy was terrific in all respects. I also want to commend Cameron Ulanday, who was rhe service person who assisted me with service for my previous KIng Ranch F-150 the day before. Experienced but extremely uneducated I do not feel the dealership as a whole is incompetent... but the service department are the most friendly guess with no clue how to repair their own I do not feel the dealership as a whole is incompetent... but the service department are the most friendly guess with no clue how to repair their own products!! I made the mistake of actually attempting twice to have minor warranty repairs done and neither trip was successful. They talk an amazing track record but when it comes down to getting anything done other than a oil change they are by far inferior to the average dealerships!!! I will say the sales staff is knowledgeable but once you get past them your are definitely on your own. Thank you for such a headache Ken stoepel ford service dept.!!! More
