Our salesman, Alfred Hernandez, is amazing and I will never use anyone else. He is personable, respectful and is NOT pushy. He goes above and beyond. 2 weeks ago I called him and told him what I wanted and what I could pay. He went to work. Within a couple of days he found a few options for me to choose from and what I would be looking at in payments. All I had to do was to go up there, get the value on my trade in, say "yes, I want this one" and he handled all the rest. Alfred is also a compassionate person. My father passed away in 2016. In 2017 I made the decision to get rid of his car. This was very emotional for me. I stood in the parking lot and cried. Alfred was caring and empathetic. He knew how much that car meant to my dad and how much my dad means to me. I wouldn't have been able to hand those keys over to anyone else. I can't say enough positive things about Alfred. Tom Hinckley handled the financing on all vehicles. My last purchase he had all the paperwork ready for me to sign so I was not there very long at all. He even called my insurance company to help me get changes made! I will not take any of my vehicles to have service completed on them except for Ken Stoepel. David Spinks is my go-to person. He handles all the service and maintenance on my vehicle and my dad's truck. David always makes sure to explain in detail what is going on, what needs to be done and will show me when necessary. He makes sure that I am taking care of. More
