My wife and I just purchased a new 2023 Ford F350. Gary and Eric asked me what I was looking for in a truck and told me about a special-order truck on the lot that had not been picked up. They took us to a restaurant to eat then we came back and closed on the new truck in less than an hour, and our truck was ready a few hours later as agreed.
