Service at ken pollock volvo I brought my 2016 XC60 to have a remote starter upgrade. Drew took me right in he had a loaner car waiting. I did not have to wait. My car was washed & the interior wiped down. He showed me how to use the remote start. The service is great & they’re friendly. This is the first Volvo I’ve ever owned. I was always GM person. Everyone in the service department is super friendly, they take the time to explain to me the work that is being done or the issue that was found and I always get a loaner car free of charge. There's never an inconvenience with taking my car there for service. It's great! More
