I thinking I'd eventually end up getting a newer model of the vehicle I had when my lease was up. Had it not been for her courtesy and respect for my time, I may not have even thought twice about leasing a car at this time. Sue gave me the highlights of the car and answered all of my questions about the use of the technology. I left the dealership with a great feeling knowing that I wasn't pressured in any way to make a purchase. I was able to go home and think about the vehicle as it relates to my needs. The next day, my husband was on the phone with Sue to set up a test drive for himself. He was as impressed with her as I was & went over the details. I received a call from him that they made a deal & all I had to do was "show up" to process the paperwork. I did so & Sue took great care of me. Had my car ready to go & spent extra time reviewing all of the features with me. She is truly an asset to the dealership and to Volvo. She is very knowledge and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I was extremely satisfied with my new SUV. She very patiently explained all the differing features on a dozen or so cars, even finding a car made in Sweden. Not only did she help me find what I needed and wanted, she did it pleasantly and efficiently. She also made the technology learning curve for me go simply and smoothly.
