Totally pleasant experience! Mom and I were online hunting for a new SUV for her, there were none locally with the color and equipment she was looking for in an Explorer. We found Mom and I were online hunting for a new SUV for her, there were none locally with the color and equipment she was looking for in an Explorer. We found the vehicle she was looking for at Ken Pollock Ford. For us it meant an honest 2 hour drive to get there. After some negotiation over the phone a deal was made and a day to pick it up was scheduled. When we got there we were greeted by a friendly and courteous staff. The Explorer looked great and mom was happy! The staff had the paperwork ready and in only a short time she was being shown the basics of all the Explorer's features. Everyone was very helpful, it would have been nice if we had more time to spend with them. However with a 2 hour return trip and mom being in her late 70's we were rushing them and they did an excellent job of helping us get home in a timely fashion. All I can say is thanks! For a very pleasant car buying experience!! More
