Not bad, but could have been better. We found our vehicle online and contacted the dealership. We already had our financing in order and did not have a trade. We basically told them that we wanted to purchase the vehicle and made an appointment for three days later to sign papers and pick up the vehicle. We arrived 10 minutes early to find that the vehicle wasn’t ready yet. Then, we found that our financing info had never been given to the financing department (this had been emailed on day 1) so he had to completely redo that as well. We ended up being at the dealership for about an hour and a half, but should have been in and out in about a half hour. Everyone we dealt with was very nice but the operation seems a little unorganized. We would deal with this dealership again in the future if they had a vehicle on the lot that we were interested in. More
