Thankfully, we did not have to go far to find Zach at Ken Pollock. From a car dealership perspective, the manager was kind, not pushy, accommodating and down to earth. Zach was all that and more which are all important qualities to have when you are in the business of vehicle sales. My husband and I were just browsing and never make same day or what others may call impulse decisions with larger purchases. Well, let's just say that our overall experience excelled what we have been accustomed to and far superior to the competitors we have had previous interactions with. It has been 7 months since our "impulse" vehicle purchase and we could not be more pleased with our decision. Since then, we had 1 service visit for oil change and tire rotation. We were in and out and treated with the utmost respect. You can tell all the employees were in a good mood as they all had smiles on their faces and spoke to us. That is very difficult to do at 8am on a Saturday morning! I am considering another purchase from this dealership in the near future. I highly recommend this dealership as well as the sales rep Zach. He even followed up after our purchase to ensure everything was to our liking and we did not have any takeaways for him.
