I have been going to this dealership since I moved out here, about 6 years, and I have not had a negative or frustrating experience once... I started out working with Malachi for my '21 F-150 and 18' Esca here, about 6 years, and I have not had a negative or frustrating experience once... I started out working with Malachi for my '21 F-150 and 18' Escape. he took impeccable care of me and the truck, accommodated my needs, and addressed every single concern I had while line itemizing them on my invoices. he ended up moving to a different dealership and recommended that I go to Christian from that point forward. I have only had the opportunity to work with Christian once since then, and if first impressions hold weight, I am in very good hands. He is very friendly and to the point. although my first interaction with him was a simple service, I was very happy with the overall experience, and will be seeing him again soon for recalls and a/c issues, so I will update my review after my next visit. overall, I have used KG purchase dept, service dept, and sales dept. and again, have not been disappointed. But all new electrical vehicles come with a portable plug in charger and hoped buying from a big dealer they’d had gotten one to go with the car..It’s a $150 out of pocket expense right off the bat. Picked up a 2016 Subaru Forester Limited Trim from Ken Grody Ford in Redlands, although not my first choice, having gone to other dealers, I believed the team and management wanted to move this vehicle of Grody Ford in Redlands, although not my first choice, having gone to other dealers, I believed the team and management wanted to move this vehicle off the lot, having seen its price adjustments online for the past 3 weeks, and coming on the lot and just assessing the vehicle, then speaking with the reps, I felt overall comfortable doing business with them. The whole team ensured a quick turnkey experience. Basically in by 9 AM out by noon. And my mechanic ran a full inspection after we closed, everything checked out. Special thanks to Mario for getting me in this vehicle and really giving me the road experience around Redlands. Special thanks to Sal, for his professionalism, he's a chill guy to talk to. If you like to waste time on hold or wait for a call back, then this is the dealership for you. Unfortunately, this is the dealership closest to me but I have to travel further away to find competent se back, then this is the dealership for you. Unfortunately, this is the dealership closest to me but I have to travel further away to find competent service. I had a recall notice on my vehicle, I called the service department a few times. The first time the phone rang and rang and no one answered. The second time someone answered and I was on hold for 8 minutes, I had to go back to work so I could not hold any longer. The third time I called it rang and rang again. That is so incompetent. I would recommend a specific service advisor but they don't have any. When I was unable to reach a service advisor, I left a voicemail for Trevor Desherlia but of course he falls in suit with his dealership because he never called me back. My positive experiences at this dealership were few and far between and I do not recommend going here ever. A business is built on reviews and recommendations. This business does not deserve your money or your time. Stay far away. Once this other dealership is done with my vehicle, I will hopefully be able to recommend a good one. Ken Grody Ford is not a good dealership at all. More

Joshua Guzman was also fantastic—super helpful, honest, transparent, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing things the right way. The whole team made the process easy and enjoyable. After a disappointing experience at Sunrise Ford of Fontana a few weeks earlier, it was such a relief to receive genuinely great customer service.
