Purchase 2020 Titanium Escape Hybrid We found the car online. Went in, met with Manager, Ramy Ghabour, personally. He walked us efficiently through purchase/financial options. Did not need a test drive, so car was delivered to our home. Showroom staff friendly and knowledgeable. As manufacture"s back up camera failed within 2 weeks of purchase, Dealership Service Manager, Tim Prete immediately ordered a new camera. Technicians installed it conveniently and efficiently. Tim's time estimation was spot-on. Service staff were thorough in sanitizing, cleaning & masking throughout my visits. Thanks for supporting my purchase. More
