Quick and Easy I purchased a 2019 F-150 Raptor, most Ford dealers only have a couple Raptors but Ken Grody had over 80 Raptors so I took my wife to see all the avail I purchased a 2019 F-150 Raptor, most Ford dealers only have a couple Raptors but Ken Grody had over 80 Raptors so I took my wife to see all the available colors. I told both salesman that we aren't fans of spending 5 or 6 hours or more to buy a vehicle. It only took about 2 hours from start to leaving the dealer in our new Raptor. Armando Cervantes Jr. was very knowledgeable on the F-150 Raptor and was able to answer all of our questions about all of the technology the Raptor is loaded with. The finance department also worked with my credit union to make the loan happen at a great interest rate. Most Ford dealers act like the Ford Raptor is a museum piece and you are lucky to have them sell you one, that wasn't the case at Ken Grody I got the feeling that they wanted to earn my business and sell me a vehicle. Don’t waste your time or money I purchased my certified preowned Ford Explorer Sport from Ken Grody. I’ve owned my car for almost 3.5 years and it has gone to their service departme I purchased my certified preowned Ford Explorer Sport from Ken Grody. I’ve owned my car for almost 3.5 years and it has gone to their service department at least 7 times now for multiple different problems, transmission issues several times, cam phasers twice, water pump, check engine light 4 times, and many other problems. They’ve had to break down my motor twice in the last year. They keep my car for weeks at a time with very little updates. My car is currently in the service department to fix 3 dings they put on it and also to figure out why my engine is making a strange noise (after just getting it back after they had to break down my engine). I’ve been very understanding but I’m starting to loose my patience. I’m extremely disappointed with my Explorer, I don’t feel safe driving my car and have lost all confidence in my car. More
