Bad Service, Bad Excuses, Bad Managment I purchased my 2017 F150 lease vehicle on 06/01/20. The finance manager, Francisco, processed all the paperwork including my upcoming registration tha I purchased my 2017 F150 lease vehicle on 06/01/20. The finance manager, Francisco, processed all the paperwork including my upcoming registration that expired on 07/31/20. After 2 months, I still have not received a 2021 registration sticker, so I decided to contact the DMV if it was already processed. According to the DMV representative, Ken Grody Ford still has not paid the full amount to complete the process & is missing documents to complete the transfer. I am not sure when I will receive the 2021 sticker. I contacted Ken Grody Ford and spoke with Sandy Avalos, who is in charge of the DMV file, but her excuse was that she was out of the office for several weeks and not sure of the situation. Ken Grody Ford had over 2 months to process my paperwork and as of today, 08/04/20, they still have not completed & I did not receive a response from Francisco. Bad service! Bad excuses! And bad management! More

The Ken Grody Ford Family is wonderful! I had such a great experience from the moment I got onto the lot to the moment I got my new Truck keys. As manufacture"s back up camera failed within 2 weeks of purchase, Dealership Service Manager, Tim Prete immediately ordered a new camera. Technicians installed it conveniently and efficiently.
