I hate to review people in the negative way but They deserve this. I purchased a 23 Silverado week before Christmas 2025. Jonathan had great communication. I actually thought he did a great job. What then happened was he over promised and did not deliver on anything he said and stopped completely answering my text until I called the unprofessional sales manager Joe Ingram. This guy could care less about my concerns. Quick defensive reactions. “ you drive off my lot and it’s you” as far as warranty! I wasn’t asking for any hand out I simply wanted what I was promised. “ bring it in and we’ll see what we can do” I understand they get tired of people’s complaints. But you’re in the business of serving people, focus on that over revenue! Jason, Brandon and Ryan are awesome!! More

Tim at Ken Grody Service Department denied to provide a repair service when I walked in to repair two parts under bumper to bumper warranty and two recalls of F150 Lightning today. I usually make appointment before visiting the dealer, but today urgently walked in since the warranty is end soon. Tim said I should go to other dealerships since he had short hand, I did buy the Lightning at other dealership and did not make appointment. I was anxious about his rude attitude and brought the Lightning in the Puente Hills Ford dealership right a way. They kindly checked in the Lightning without appointment and provided the repair service with free ride to home even though they were very busy. How different service they provide! I am very disappointed with Ken Grody that don't take care of customers. I do not recommend Ken Grody. More

Our experience with Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park was absolutely terrible from start to finish. We worked with sales associate Jesus Garibay, who assured us they had the exact vehicle we wanted, could d absolutely terrible from start to finish. We worked with sales associate Jesus Garibay, who assured us they had the exact vehicle we wanted, could do the requested modifications in-house, and would include everything in our purchase contract. Based on these assurances, we went in on a Saturday to see the car, finalize financing, provide a deposit, complete our trade-in, and sign a contract that included the VIN of our “new” vehicle. When we arrived, we were told the car was on one of their other lots and couldn’t be brought over that day. While inconvenient, we accepted this since we had already seen the vehicle listed on their website. We were told the car would be ready the following week. Then came complete silence. No follow-up from Ken Grody Ford, no communication from Jesus, no updates from financing—nothing. When we finally reached out the following Wednesday, we were told they were having trouble locating our vehicle on the lot. Later that same day, Jesus informed us they couldn’t find the car at all and asked if we wanted a different color instead. Only after pressing further, he admitted the truth: they were never able to obtain the vehicle from another Ford dealer through a dealer trade. He claimed they were still “trying” with Fiesta Ford and Citrus Ford. At that point, the lies, deception, and incompetence were enough. We told them to tear up the contracts and refund our deposit. The following Sunday, we had to physically return to the dealership to demand our refund, which had still not been processed. Interestingly, Jesus was suddenly nowhere to be found. Instead, we were met by his manager, Channa Peiris, who attempted to smooth things over by blaming Jesus and openly admitting that his sales team “over-promises and under-delivers” and that he frequently fixes their mistakes. That is not an excuse, it’s an admission of a systemic problem that clearly starts at the top, from ownership down to management and sales. We never imagined we would be sold a car they did not own and were not legally able to sell. This was a huge waste of time and a deeply disappointing experience. Proceed with extreme caution. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic professionalism, look elsewhere. We ultimately purchased the exact car we wanted from Fiesta Ford in Indio, and the experience could not have been more different. They were honest, laid-back, and fair with our needs, requests, and overall purchase. We brought them our trade-in, signed the paperwork, and even drove back to Orange County in a loaner while our vehicle was being prepared. Once the car was ready, they delivered it to us and drove the loaner back to the desert themselves. If you’re looking for a Ford dealership that can handle modifications without breaking the bank, Fiesta Ford is worth the drive. More
