I did enjoy my expirence working with Hak at Henry Day Ford. The only problems I had as when I didn't get to work with my sales man directly. There was constant mis-comunication with regards to the repair Ford. The only problems I had as when I didn't get to work with my sales man directly. There was constant mis-comunication with regards to the repairs that were expected to be done on my car that caused them to be repaired much later or not at all. Due to this I probably would not consider going back to Henry Day Ford unless I made it clear that I will only work and talk with one person through the entire process to limit the mistakes that were made on my previous visit. I just bought a new car from Henry Day and had a fairly good experience with them. I knew what I wanted and didn't have a lot of time to chit-chat.
