Hands down best cars dealer services at Henry Day Ford. Everyone was very professional. The salesman Michael Midgley was great. He wasn’t pushy and he answered all of our questions. He was very thoughtful and delivered world class customer service. He offered us a drink and made sure we felt comfortable; sometimes it’s the little things that count. Michael was great to deal with and I would recommend him to everyone I know if they would like a great car salesman to deal with. Also dealt with Paul St. Clair for the paperwork/finance portion and he was very professional and down to earth as well. In addition to that we also met Dave Kilpack and he was extremely accommodating and very nice and thoughtful/professional. Henry Day Ford in West Valley City has tremendous customer service and I will be going there for my future purchases. More
I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR WARRANTY SERVICE THAT IN MY OPION WAS A SAFTY FACTOR AND SINCE MY VEHCLE WAS ALREADY THERE FIX A COLD AIR LEAK ON THE PASSANGER SIDE THAT FREEZES MY WIFE ALSO THE DRIVERS WINDOW OPION WAS A SAFTY FACTOR AND SINCE MY VEHCLE WAS ALREADY THERE FIX A COLD AIR LEAK ON THE PASSANGER SIDE THAT FREEZES MY WIFE ALSO THE DRIVERS WINDOW VIBRATES AND JUMP WHEN ITS ROLLED DOWN I WAS TOLD I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE BRAKES THAT VIBRATE SOMETIMES VIOLANTLY IT WAS TOO COLD AND RAINING TO CHECK THE AIR LEAK IN THE PASSENGER SIDE AND I WAS TOLD THE DRIVERS DOOR WAS TAKEN APART AND THE FACTORY TOLD THEM TO DO NOTHING PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. IM THINKING IS THIS THE DEALERSHIP I BOUGHT FROM? More
Mike was very friendly, and not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions, and let us run a few errands in the car, before we purchased it, so we could get a feel for the car. We were given a tour of the dealership by Bill, and everyone was very nice. I had some questions about service on the car we already owned, and was introduced to Jake. He was very helpful, and gave me a quote. The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 on customer service was, because when we went for our appointment to sign the papers with Paul. He was helping someone else. We were told to have a seat in the customer waiting area, and they would come and get us. It wouldn't be very long. After waiting 30 to 40 min. I went to see how much longer it would be, and discovered he had left the building. So we had to wait another 15 minutes or so, for Julio to finish helping someone before getting help. It was the only car I ever bought new or used that only came with one key. Because the key has a computer chip in it. Now I have to find the time and money to get another one made. We were not pleased, and currently have to share one key. Overall we had good experience and would recomend Henry Day Ford to others. Thanks! Mike Oliver More
Hak was the greatest from the time I got to the dealership. He showed me the cars in my price range without pressuring me into looking at something too expensive for me. I really appreciated that (being a woman who hasn't bought a car in 20 years)!! This was the first stop on my day long multi-dealership trip. When I told him I had to check out other cars at other places that day Hak didn't make me feel like I was doing something wrong (like at other dealerships that day). I ended up buying a used car from him (one that he had showed me earlier that day). I felt very comfortable buying a car from this salesman. I had left my garage door opener in my trade-in car and I called his cell phone (even after business hours) and he went and got it for me out of the car and it was waiting for me when I went back to do the paperwork. He was very friendly but not overboard. I would also like to commend Paul who explained all the paperwork to me before I signed it. He made me feel very comfortable about all the paperwork. My whole experience was very positive. More
Great dealership! I live about 3 hours away, so I had a lot of phone contact with Rob before I actually came down. He was great! This is a very nice dealership; it even had a play area for my 3 kids to keep them entertained! I was a GM buyer for over 35 years and decided to purchase a Ford Ranger in 2005. The service I received after that purchase is the best I have ever experienced. I don't buy many cars and when we decided to purchase a new vehicle last month there was no question it would be a Ford and we would only buy a Ford from Henry Day and Roy Galbraith. Since I keep my vehicles for a long period of time, I've learned that a Dealership is only as good as the service you receive long after the sale is "old news". When I bring my Ranger in for service I'm treated like I just bought it two days prior and there not "blowing smoke". I am pleased with the experience. This is the first vehicle that I have purchased form a dealearship that I feel have not been racked through the coals fighting over the price.
