My 2010 F150 3rd brake light was leaking water into my cab. They replaced the light. My Sync system still doesent work right. I will have to bring my truck in again to get it fixed right. We were greeted by our salesman(Roy) within a minute of exiting our vehicle. My wife and I just purchased our 4th vehicle within the past 10 years from Henry Day Ford. We have always had a great experience (at least as much as buying a car can be). The sales people are among the most knowledgeable as far as the mechanical and electronic details of the cars are concerned. Roy and Darrell were willing to spend a good deal of time helping us resolve cell phone connection issues with the Microsoft Sync in our 2010 Explorer and 2010 Fusion Hybrid. It will probably be some years before we need to purchase another vehicle, but we will return to this dealership. More
