Natalie was great to work with. She helped us select the car we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable without being pushy. When an issue over affordability arose regarding my preference for the factory NAV system, she offered an excellent workaound by introducing us to the accessories manager. He was able to show me a great aftermarket solution. Also, after going home and doing more research, I decied to try to get Rallye model, and it was only available ata competing dealer. However, I really wanted to work with Natalia, so she fought hard to get the car brought over to Ken Garff. I wanted her to get the commission as she had worked hard for us. The deal was done, and I got exactly the car my wife and I wanted thanks to the hard work of the folks at Ken Garff, including Natalia. More

I bought a 2010 Dodge 1500 pick-up on 8-27-2010. I took it in on 9-3-2010 for the undercoat then left town for a week. When I got back, I noticed a small dent on the drivers side door. I called the dealer it in on 9-3-2010 for the undercoat then left town for a week. When I got back, I noticed a small dent on the drivers side door. I called the dealer on 9-13-2010 and the service person told me I had to talk to my salesman. After three days of argueing with my salesman and the service department, they finally agreed to fixing the dent but I would have to fix the paint chip myself although they did offer to provide me with a 1oz. bottle of paint (WOW, how generous --- Except they never did give it to me!!!). 9-22-2010 I talked to Carlos in service and he said to bring the truck in to get it repaired. So I took a day off work and dropped the truck off at 11:30 AM. Carlos called me back at 4:00 PM and said the dent was not fixed yet and could they keep it another day. I explained I had to be to work at 4:30 AM, so Carlos said he would have the dent guy call me and fix it at my home. I called carlos back on 10-4-2010, no help/action/results yet. 10-6-2010 I talked with Randy Sandstrom and he said he would call me back but to my surprise, he never did. 10-11-2010 I called the dealer and talked to jimmy. He finaly got the dent guy to call me and he showed up at my work and fixed the dent. Another issue I have is that I have received numerous mailings telling me its time for my first oil change service. They say "FOR YOUR NEXT OIL AND FILTER CHANGE,STOP BY OUR DEALERSHIP DURING THE HOURS LISTED AT LEFT. OR CALL 801-955-0872 TO SCHUDULE A CONVENIENT APPOINTMENT". When I called, they said that they don't make appointments for oil changes. I've been calling Randy for four days now with no response. I have decided to take all of my service needs to Larry Miller Dodge. Please stop any and all junk mail from Ken Garff. Just one more quick question if I could: If I had spent $60 K instead of 28K, would I get better service or is this typical for Ken Graff Dodge....You will NEVER EVER get another sale from me, my family and if possible, any of my friends... I want to complement you for making my car buying purchase such a pleasant experience. I was grateful she and her passengers where alright but my Explorer wasn't so lucky. They total my Explorer so I was without transportation. I was really upset after losing my car and the last thing I wanted to do is buy another one. Rob was very patient with me and introduce me to this Kia. I had never really look at the Kia before but after taking it for a test drive I feel in love with it. I had never been excited about getting another car before but I was with this one. I hurried and show it off to my friends I work with and my family. I want to thank you again for making a bad experience become one with a happy ending. More

"THE WIFE" totally trusted me and my taste (so she said), But I know why we were really trading my 2008, 4 cyl. She really wanted "Leather, heated of course, Sun roof,and more power, she was use to our powerhouse GT that I traded for the economy of a 4cyl. So we needed a powerful 6cyl at least. So after several days of looking and test driving, I stopped in at Ken Garff, on my way to my favorite Ford Dealer, assuming that I was going to buy the Fusion that she hinted she liked so much."White,with Heated Leather Seats, and a Sun Roof". Thats when I met Mr. K. Walker!! He instantly treated me like a responsible adult (Huge Factor with me) very friendly, and very accommodating. We walked the lot, just for kicks I thought "maybe something, just to rule it out". And low and behold - ?? Whats this?? A 200 WHAT?? I've never even heard of a Chrysler 200, Walker said "Yes, They're New this year. Take one for a drive. So I did, and Loved It. Later that day after driving several competitors vehicles. I called him back and asked if he could get one in White with a Sun Roof, He looked and found one. The next day, after sleeping on it, I went back over and drove one again, and took it over to show the wife.... We ordered the "White, Heated Leather Seats, and Sun Roof" in from an out of state dealership. This man worked wonders for me and my "trusting" wife. I'm sure I'll be a return customer, thanks to him. We are officially "Left Handed Friends" We also found out that we were actually born on the same day. I think we'll stay in touch! More
My wife and Were working with Ronnie at ken garf, for a new vehicle and they were patient with us, even though we didn' know what we were looking for. I had met dan through previous business dealings. After taking a huge hit on my credit report I had talked to him about getting a car for a few thousand dollars that I could pay cash for. I wanted an suv or a van that I could use for work. When I went into the dealership dan went out of his way to show me all the options I had available with the cash I had on hand. We were even able to test drive a car that had just been traded in about an hour before. After dan checked into everything they had at all their lots we realized that nothing in stock would fit into my price range. Dan made me feel very comfortable through the entire experience and even gave me some tips on how to find what I was looking for elsewhere. Dan is the type of guy I would trust sending anyone to for a new or used car. He knows about every car and truck that I have ever talked to him about inside and out. He has a passion for cars, and from what I can tell a passion for helping other people. More
