I was in the market for a new truck and Dorian and Dan spent alot of time with me getting the vehical i wanted with the options i wanted and showed me many other vehicals that was of interest to me in oth spent alot of time with me getting the vehical i wanted with the options i wanted and showed me many other vehicals that was of interest to me in other words i kept them very busy with no complants they actually smiled the whole time. Just want to say that it was a very pleasant experiance dealing with Ken Garff west valley. I really was in a bad mood about going to a car dealership when my husband wanted to buy a new car because lets b dealing with Ken Garff west valley. I really was in a bad mood about going to a car dealership when my husband wanted to buy a new car because lets be honest it sucks!! but are salesman (joey F) was awesome!! I felt like we were dealing with a real person with honest opinions and not some guy just trying to sell us for a profit. he was very up front and honest with us so that we would know what to expect going into the whole deal since we have had some credit issues in the past. I very much appreciate what an easy experiance it was and suprisingly fun thank you to Joey F. for making it awesome and also to Gregg who did are financing you guys are awesome and I thank you for all your honest and hard work. I will definatley send friends and family your way!! More

I wasn't sure what to expect when I first walked into this dealership, but in the end I was very satisfied. The staff I dealt with (mostly Joey F.) were very friendly and engaging, which makes a huge dif this dealership, but in the end I was very satisfied. Joey was very helpful and genuine (I didn't feel like I was being given a generic sales pitch). I felt comfortable and reassured, which makes the car buying process a lot better. There were actually some setbacks with my purchase, but they were completely taken care of by the staff and during this time, Joey kept me in the loop about everything as it was happening, which I definitely appreciated. As I stated before, in the end I was very satisfied with my purchase and with my experience with this dealership. I would definitely recommend it to others. More

This was a TERRIBLE experience! I went to the This was a TERRIBLE experience! I went to the dealership while my wife was at work just to see what cars were available. I was told by the salesma This was a TERRIBLE experience! I went to the dealership while my wife was at work just to see what cars were available. I was told by the salesman, Preston, that I would need to include my wife's information to finance a vehicle to show a higher income. Ok, no problem. I called her and told her what he said. She asked if it was ok if I brought the application for her to sign to her work. Preston said sure. A few minutes later, I found out he had already run her credit information without ever speaking to her or having the signature on file. When she called them to find out why that had happened, Omar (the sales manager) more or less brushed her off by saying "I wasn't there. I don't know what happened. Talk to Preston.". She talked to Preston and his response was, "Huh...I guess there was a misunderstanding about what I was going to do. Well, let's go over your credit score." She hadn't called to go over it. Secondly, we both know our credit is less than perfect. We've been through some financial hardships that there's no way we could have predicated or managed any differently than we did. But, we've both worked really hard to improve our credit as much as possible. Rather than working with us, Preston and Omar were determined to sell us one specific car. Their reasoning was this was "the only car on the lot" that we could get approved financing for. Seriously? In a lot of this size, and with a dealership of this size that has multiple locations, there's only ONE car we can get? They weren't willing to help us out at all. It was this car or no car pretty much. Third, Preston more than once made rude remarks about both my credit and my wife's credit. I walked off the lot feeling humiliated and more frustrated than I ever had before. It's not the salesman's place to make me feel bad. Not only is that a terrible way to do business, it's also a guaranteed way to make sure someone won't buy from you. Overall, the experience at this dealership was AWFUL. Neither of us would ever go back there. More
