Most car dealerships that you walk onto you feel like you have to go home and take a very hot and long shower because you feel so slimy afterwards from all the crap that you had to deal with. I walked into the dealership with a goal in mind and that was to improve my current situation. I figured I would have to battle and fight and argue to get what I wanted like you have to do at other dealershi was to improve my current situation. I figured I would have to battle and fight and argue to get what I wanted like you have to do at other dealership, but that was not the case here. I went in and talked with Alex and he set me up with Natalia. She was great. She took to heart what I was looking for not how to better pad her wallet. I never felt pressured with her or Alex. When we finished I felt like I had new friends not annoying people who wrangled me into something not good for me. During our shopping/buying experience Natalia and Alex both told me that if I felt uncomfortable in any way to let them know and we could part as friends. She showed me a couple of card and told me what she thought would best suit my needs. Then she told me that if we couldn't reach a deal that she would continue to search and go to auctions and try and find something that I would be pleased with. Alex took it to heart that in this economy we needed to improve our situation and he worked very hard crunching number and making calls to banks and looking for rebates and deals to help us out. In the end it worked out well for us and when it is time to buy again we will go back to Ken Garff. Not only would I recommend this dealer and it's people I already have.
