Very challenging experience at this dealership. I could list 10 things that made it challenging but bottom line- poor attention to detail and follow through. We asked them to check the engine air filter. When we questioned them at pickup we were told that the service tech is very good and would have said if air filter needed changing. We checked it when we go questioned them at pickup we were told that the service tech is very good and would have said if air filter needed changing. We checked it when we got home and it was a filthy black mess. We asked them to reset the “perform service” message. They didn’t even look at it. We researched it on our own, after the fact. Makes us wonder if they really changed the oil like they said they did. More
