My wife and I visited Ken Garff Chrysler looking for a vehicle that my wife (who has had back surgery) could feel comfortable. Kervi asked us about the Chrysler 200. We knew nothing about the vehicle, so Kervi showed some of the features and let us drive it. The ride was great and handled like a sports car. This car satisfied both my wife and myself. Kervi brought David Tran over and introduced us. David was able to convince us that we could buy now and get a good price. He also talked to my wife the same as he talked to me. She appreciated that because at another dealership the salesperson would hardly talk to her....only to me. We told him we were just on a fact finding mission and wanted to test drive all the trucks in this class, and he was knowledgeable and helpful. I actually quite liked the dodge ram, felt well built and solid, it quickly jumped ahead of a ford f150. But I wanted to test drive the other manufacturers before making a decision and Beau was not Pushy at all, told me to do my thing and call him back. He actually did find for us a model we wanted with honest pricing. Unfortunate we ended up buying a different manufacturer, but we liked Beau so much we called him to inform of our decision. He was very pleasant and I do see him selling alot of vehicles in the future. More

I had the opportunity to drive several models of the Jeep Grand Cherokee (good selection on the lot). The dealer worked very hard to find a car with the exact options and color I wanted. I settled on a car on the lot. Price negotiation was reasonable and they gave me a fair price on my trade-in. Closing the sale was pleasantly efficient. Very happy with the transaction and the new car. Aside from figuring out the myriad of options that US car manufacturers mix and match, car buying has improved immensely and I think Ken Garff is a good place to buy a car. More
