After being treated very poorly by the dealership in Orem, We were told by a friend to go see David Tran. Working with the sales team was good. It was busy when I was there at purchase, and they were shuffling people around to different desks. I felt I was second priority in a few instances. There were some pap was there at purchase, and they were shuffling people around to different desks. I felt I was second priority in a few instances. There were some paperwork issues that needed to be taken care of after the sale, and I felt they were rushing on their end to get the paperwork done and pressuring me to have it to them on their time and not mine (Sale and already taken place over 30 days, then they requested paperwork). I'm fine getting them the paperwork, but there were several calls back and forth trying to hurry the process. I was moving as fast as I could as I was dealing with a Bank to get the requested information for them. Right after I purchased the Truck, I noticed an issue in the steering column. I took it into the Service Center. They were nice and cordial, but stated they could not find any issues with it. They had the truck for 48 hours. It is still having the issue, but is not critical to the use of the truck, more of an annoyance than anything. I can't afford to take it back in for another 48 hours to have them tell me they can't find anything wrong with it. Overall the experience was good... not great... but not terrible. I've had better experience in the past with other dealers, and would go back to them prior to going back to Ken Garff. However, I would use Ken Garff if needed. More

Overall I had an awesome experience. Everyone there is friendly and in such a good mood, they do their job at 110%. It's not like in other places where they seem to hate their job and just want to get thr friendly and in such a good mood, they do their job at 110%. Carlos from service dept saw that me and my husband were having car problems, Carlos Recommended us to David, he said David Clements would do anything to help us out. I was so nervous, I was felling sick, I told my husband, this is a waste of time, they are not going to help us. I went ahead and filled out the application, gave it to David, David went to the back to run my credit, he came back and said, What kind of car are you looking for? told him a truck, he said "lets to see one!" I was surprise, David Clements made it happen, unbelievable. Ken Garff made us feel at home, like David Clements said, "we try to make you feel at home, don't be nervous, we are here to help you, we try to help everyone in our community. I told my husband, in two years we are paying off the truck, I'am going running to buy my next new car "CONVERTIBLE." If it was not for Carlos, we would have never....gotten the truck.
