My husband and I have bought a couple of trucks through ken garff and with the first truck we were very happy and satisfied with it which is why we came back. However the second experience was not so great ken garff and with the first truck we were very happy and satisfied with it which is why we came back. However the second experience was not so great we went through a lot of hassle and problems with the second truck it hade a lot of problems in which I hade to return on three different occasions for. The bank ended up not funding the truck and ken garff ended up paying off our trade allready so when we tried to get our truck back it was a hassle.we ended up getting into a 06 dodge truck that was older than our trade hade more miles and dents and scratches also a higher payment. We were told we would be better off with this truck. We hade the truck for three months and my husband was wanting to get into a car with lower payment better gas. We spoke to many dealerships including my husbands work who told him that we were sold a truck that was only worth 9,000 and were sold it for 13000 his worked laughed at him when he tried to trade it in. I called ken garff and spoke to jim whom told. Me they couldn't help us that we weren't going to be able to be helped because of our negative. I ended up getting a phone call from david tran whom asked if he could help I told him what was going on that we needed so much for our trade and get into a car and that we wanted a car he then told me he would see what he could do and call me back he hade jeremy obayashi call me and they made arrangments for my husband and I to come in. We came in and they both went above and beyond to help us get out of our truck and into a car not just a car but a car we are happy with and that's in our budget.
