I made appointment to bring my 2024 Dodge Ram well, rig? When i got there they would not even look at the codes. They said it's to heavy and only had 2 lifts that could lift it. I asked if they would read t When i got there they would not even look at the codes. They said it's to heavy and only had 2 lifts that could lift it. I asked if they would read the code that was debating the engine speed. They would not even pretent to help me. I knew it was related to the DPF system . I ended up taking to Impact diesel for a forced regen and clear the codes. I will never go back to ken garff . There is better customer service elswhere! More
