They offered to rent me a car but would not offer to pay for the insurance for it. I bought a brand new car from them which came up defective, not my fault. Even if it is 20$ a day (for an indefinite period of time), I refuse to pay for the cost of something defective they sold me. Even though I also purchased insurance from their affiliate, they refused to help me. I love my truck and would praise and recommend them if it weren't for their lack of service and accountability. I walked home 5 miles. More

Negative service experience from Manager Barry Avoid this dealership and Barry I was in the market for a new car and came here as they showed a good price online for a 2018 Prius 3. When I got there I was greeted kindly by Barry a manager there. After he showed me to a sales rep of (withholding name as he was very kind) showed me the vehicle in question and we were really happy with his performance. Once we got to making a deal, that's when all was gone. Sales rep was extremely kind and I do recommend everyone to speak with him, he is great at his job. The biggest issue was when I was trying to get the best deal manager Barry was coming over with Sales Rep, and I saw and head BARRY SAY "ARE YOU xxxxx KIDDING ME!" in reference that I did not like the numbers we were working with. Once BARRY got to the table, I kindly explained my pricing and he had the guts to tell me "This car is selling a lot! We actually do NOT discount them and in fact UP PRICE THEM!" Which I mentioned "if you are selling them like hot cakes, a price drop should not be an issue and we are not going to be doing any deal with this dealership as I heard you say a cus word." Barry says "Me?! a cus word!? Which word was that?" and I tell him how I saw and overheard him say "@#$%" Within customer's range. --- This was the worst' dealership experience I have ever experienced, sucks that I was really looking forward towards making a deal there, but not with the horrible customer service MANAGER BARRY was giving that day. More
