We live out of the greater SLC area but it was well worth the drive! We love our 2017 XC90 Momentum. The technology and comfort is unmatched. They may be the only Volvo dealership in Utah but they have a wide availability of vehicles. The overseas delivery option also sounds like an excellent option for ordering a vehicle. More

Great used car buying experience! We found a used Acura listed online and called before coming to the dealership to check it out. It was a great experience other than the time it took We found a used Acura listed online and called before coming to the dealership to check it out. It was a great experience other than the time it took to get the financing figured out and completed. We had 3 small children with us and wished that it had gone a bit quicker for their sakes, but that being said the sales people were great with them. They got them snacks, found a cartoon for them and one lady even took the littlest to get a drink whole she was screaming dieing the tone that we were trying to sign paperwork. Cameron was great to work with! More

Battery list for $150 they charged $192 plus $62 labor. Can get the same battery at other the Volvo dealer dealer in Colorado Springs for $135. Ken Garff would not pro rate her two year old Volvo battery because she didn't have a receipt. More

I told him I need receipt or paperwork what was done. came back to dealership to pick up the car. no paper work or receipt what was done. only thing they put in writing is 30 day return if check engine light came on. most likely they reset the engine check light code. from there I just left the dealership. Take you volvo to an independent import shop. I've had 2 experiences with this dealership recently. The first instance I took my xc60 in for a check engine light. They told me they would have it c I've had 2 experiences with this dealership recently. The first instance I took my xc60 in for a check engine light. They told me they would have it checked out in a day. I work in the automotive industry so I know how the process works (1 day is very generous for such a mediocre task). They had it there 3 days and I checked back everyday. No phone calls or anything. I eventually had to pick it up because I couldnt wait any longer. The second experience is one I am in currently. I took my car in to have some things looked at. They said the would have it 2 days and it would be fixed. Well its been 2 weeks now. They do not like answering questions and their customer service is worse than the dmv. They misdiagnosed one of the problems and never communicated it with me. I am a paying customer and figured they know the volvo brand best which is why I took it here in the first place. Overall if you like being jerked around and lead on to believe anything was actually getting done come to this gem of a dealership!! It has made me dislike the volvo brand and I feel bad that the management let it get this bad. If I was in charge I would have to clean house. If you are reading this ken garff volvo.... I could put you out of business if I wanted to get in the volvo business. Thats how bad your service process is. Cut out all the middlemen and hold people accountable. More
