Did not listen We a had a TERRIBLE experience here! We wanted to buy our first used car here, because they had the only model we wanted in utah county. While our salesman, Danny, was wonderful, the manager was not. At every turn, he would interject and not let us finish our sentences or actually hear our concerns. I see ads every where for "Ken Garff, we hear you", but I did not feel listened to. We had some issues with the car a few days after purchase, believing that the issues were not caught in the "100 point inspection" done on the car by the company. They immediately blamed the issue on us, even though we had only had the car for 3 days. We took the car for a diagnostic at a private mechanic, which caught a very simple issue that should not have been over looked by Ken Garff. When we informed the company of this they were very rude and sarcastic in their response. I would expect better from a company that has a reputation for listening. More

Disappointing,and deceptive. We purchased permaplate for 500$. When we went to pick the car up it had bugs splatters all over the front. Permaplate had not been done. It was delivered on empty. We did not use their financing and their finance person was clueless as to how to help us. We were promised that the car had been serviced. The service light came on after 50 miles. We tried to contact them for follow and a manager would not come to phone or return calls. Do not bother with Cortney, manger in Orem as he also does not follow up. Ken Garff dealerships have big ears but they don't listen or care about their customers!!! We love our Toyota and have learned our lesson, stick to Toyota dealerships. More

Alignment 180.00 vs $3500.00 fix Ken Garff in Orem mis-diagnosed my car would of cost me 3500.00 but all it needed was a simple alignment! I purchased a 2015 VW Jetta from an onlin Ken Garff in Orem mis-diagnosed my car would of cost me 3500.00 but all it needed was a simple alignment! I purchased a 2015 VW Jetta from an online auction. After I picked up the vehicle and found it was not driving stright. So I took in into Ken Garff in Orem. Talked with Thomas who was extremely nice and told him I needed to get an alignment done. He called me back after a few hours of having the car and told me there was $3500.00 of damage that needed repaired before an alignment could be done. So of course I took the car that was rated a 4.5 out of 5 back to the manhiem auction in SLC. Manhiem being a 3rd party arbutrator told me that there was nothing wrong with the frame or sub-frame and that all the car needed is an aligment. I'm not sure why Ken Garff service wanted to charge me 3500.00, I assume they where a little upset that I didn't buy the car from them and they wanted to stick it to me as much as they could. But the whole experiance was a lot like going to the dentist when all you really need is a cavity but they wanna do a root canel, replace the tooth with crown. Why? cause they can! More
