It was a completely painless and quick which hasn't been the case with any other dealership I've worked with previously. Mollie and Chad, the finance Managers explained everything perfectly. I will gladly be coming back to work with this dealership for any future purchases! More

This has been, by far, the most outstanding service I have ever received. We were an out of state customer, so not the easiest to work with, and even so, we were given immediate responses to questions an have ever received. We were an out of state customer, so not the easiest to work with, and even so, we were given immediate responses to questions and concerns. Our salesman Cory Jeffs was SECOND TO NONE. There should be medals for the level of service he gave us. Start to finish was incredible. Chad in finance was fantastic as well. Cory even went out of his way 45 minutes (1:30 round trip) to hand deliver us the car to the airport at 9pm on a Saturday, with the help from a lot attendant. I will for sure be back thanks to Cory. We love our new 22 Tiguan and it couldn’t have been easier to work with you all. More
Good customer service setting up service appointment. Sent video of are inspection. But didn’t rotate my tires like service calls for. All so don’t wash customers cars after service. I'm not one to write reviews, but this situation was frustrating enough I feel like I need to. My Passat TDI broke down, towed it 2.5 hours to Ken Garff in Orem. Even though my warranty says everything frustrating enough I feel like I need to. My Passat TDI broke down, towed it 2.5 hours to Ken Garff in Orem. Even though my warranty says everything with the injectors and fuel system is covered, the claim was denied because the initial part that failed was the bold that holds down the injectors. Seems like it's all just semantics to me at that point, but oh well. I can get over the denied warranty coverage. What happened next is where my real frustration kicked in. I was told that the only way to fix my car at this point was to replace the entire cylinder head. Not because anything with the cylinder head was actually wrong.... but because that aforementioned bolt that holds down the injectors was broken off in the cylinder head, and according to their mechanic, it's "impossible to get out". and the "only way to fix the car now is to replace the whole cylinder head". About $3,000 in parts and another $3,000 in labor. Luckily I trusted my gut and took it back to a local mechanic instead. He said it was worth trying to just get the broken bolt out. Sure enough he was able to get it out. And when I asked him how hard it was to remove he told me he literally twisted it out with his fingers. No tools required. Long story short my car is running great again without all the expensive parts and labor of replacing the entire cylinder head. While I'm really glad the fix was much easier and less expensive than what Ken Garff told me, it makes me wonder how often they tell customers the "only way" to fix their car is though a much more expensive repair than necessary. The next step I took was to call VW Customer Care to make an official complaint about what happened. I didn't really expect anything to be done about it, but thought I'd at least get a phone call saying "we're sorry about what happened". Nope, not even that. At this point customer care tells me the complaint has been passed on to the dealership, and apparently they aren't even interested enough to call me to talk about it. I'll be taking my car to a different VW dealership from now on. More
We bought a 2019 beetle. No problems buying the car. We did it without ever going to the dealer. The dealer even delivered it 75 miles away, to Mt Green. The passenger side window stuck partway down after did it without ever going to the dealer. The dealer even delivered it 75 miles away, to Mt Green. The passenger side window stuck partway down after 1400 miles. The shop fixed it by changing out the controller. The shop neglected to adjust the window so now it has a lot of air leaking and noise. We had my daughter look on the web with me about adjusting the windows. There are marks in the glass to aid in this adjustment. We made another appointment and brought the car in. My daughter took it in. The first thing they said was there is no adjustment on the windows. This is not true which we learned on the web. My daughter told them about the Youtube video and the marks. Now they admitted to there being an adjustment. The second time they did adjust the window sort of. Wind noise starts at 60 now instead of 40. Alignment mark is no longer visible. It is tough to trust any car dealer. They lie as a matter of course. Sales was ok. Service was really terrible. Before my daughter took her car in the second time, I told her that the car dealer would lie about anything. It is a shame that the dealer proved me correct. More

After having a horrible experience at VW Southtowne, we came to Ken Garff and spoke with Robbie & Josue. It was the best sales experience we’ve ever had. No games, no BS, just strictly business. Molly in f came to Ken Garff and spoke with Robbie & Josue. It was the best sales experience we’ve ever had. No games, no BS, just strictly business. Molly in finance made the process so quick and seamless. This is our first time buying a VW and they just won all of our future business. They were such a great team and I left feeling overly satisfied. The best part is that all of it was genuine. I left knowing I got a great deal because everything was laid out on the line from the beginning. More
