I had never had my own car before and I saw a particular used car online that I was interested in. When I called, it turned out that that car was already sold, but Brandon worked hard and looked all over to used car online that I was interested in. He eventually found a great used car for me that I'm very happy with. Brandon was very friendly the whole time that he helped me, but he wasn't the only one. The other people at the dealership were also very friendly whenever I saw them. When it finally came to buying the car I had one concern that they took care of right away without a problem. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would tell someone looking for a car to at least see what Brandon and the dealership can help with. More
Brandon is an extremely knowledgable Volkswagen employee and knows the product. He is very personable and enjoys working with anyone. I experienced the most exceptional service at Ken Garff VW that I've ever had. My Passat suffered from a bad repair from another shop, who couldn't "feel" the drive stability issues I knew existed as a res VW that I've ever had. My Passat suffered from a bad repair from another shop, who couldn't "feel" the drive stability issues I knew existed as a result of their work. Brandon Rigby of Garff VW listened to me intently, respected my view and took ownership of fixing the problem. Further, the mechanic, Russ, physically showed me the problem he identified and logically discussed with me the pros/cons of his recommended solution. Brandon also worked with the original repair shop, who paid for VW to fix their erroneous repair of my car. I will never go to another VW or Audi dealership again. More
My experience with Ken Garff as been limited to serving of our VW Touareg. It has all been positive. I've found the Provo service rep's to be courteous and fair. During one service the service department voluntarily extended the car's warranty on a fairly expensive set of parts. This was based on Ken Garff's belief these parts should be failing even after the warranty period expired. More

I've always been pleased with the ability and and friendly attitude of both the service managers and mechanics. I bought my 205.5 Jetta TDI about 5 1/2 years ago, and have now about 98000 miles on the car. I have brought it in to the dealership for each and every one of the prescribed service intervals, and have always been treated well. I would not take my car anywhere else for service. More
