I went to this dealership and my car had a small issue . So I went there and they charged me 2500$ to fix something wrong with the engine. Then we waited for a little awhile and got an email saying they nee So I went there and they charged me 2500$ to fix something wrong with the engine. Then we waited for a little awhile and got an email saying they needed to change something else and it was going to cost 3000$.. then we waited again and they said bad news the engine is broken . Then they said an engine will cost 6000$.. so we did all that. Then now the car still has a check engine light on and they don’t want to fix it when I already spent 14600 on repairs for the car and they still haven’t fixed my issues which it still has a check engine light on. And they couldn’t fix it at all. And I spent 8 months going back and forth from Orem to salt lake the gas wasted and everything so please don’t come to this shop they will see you as a price tag More

Took by GOLF R in for a new oil leak. $3000.00 later picked up car. Only to realize that very day that NOTHING had been done for the 3000. Took it back. Add another $1500.00 and told ever $3000.00 later picked up car. Only to realize that very day that NOTHING had been done for the 3000. Took it back. Add another $1500.00 and told everything fixed. Now at $4500.00 for a basic oil leak. Picked it up. STILL had the oil leak, now check engine light on, hard to start and runs really rough. REALLY! What the xxxx. Now the service department saying its all MY fault that they fixed the car. NEVER and I mean NEVER take your VW to be serviced at this dealer!!! More

Never had an issue with my car until they put their hands on it. Now my cruise control repeatedly goes out along with my remote start. We just tried to get it fixed again as scheduled. I even had to take my on it. Now my cruise control repeatedly goes out along with my remote start. We just tried to get it fixed again as scheduled. I even had to take my kid out of school because it’s my only family vehicle and my husband needed to take it so I’m not trapped at a dealership for hours with 4 young kids. Get there and they no longer had the time to fix it. We leave for vacation in a week with a long drive. What terrible people work here. By far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. More

This dealership got my car into get fixed in a very timely manner - in the hot summer they where going to recharge my ac. Do not buy from this dealer! Made an appointment to test drive a "specific" vehicle, drove an hour and showed up on time. They then informed me that they had already sold the vehicle to another dealer and that I had to pay "$500" to cancel the sale in order to buy the vehicle! Who does this??? Very poor management! More
