Company sends out "sham" promotional mailers. When you arrive at the front desk, you are told that they are "out " of the prizes and the prize board has been taken down, despite two week mailers. How can you be out of Target gift cards? They claimed the odds were 1 of 1 in winning that item. The other items were similarly unavailable. If you can't trust this shop on a simple promise, how can you trust your car for service to them or purchase a vehicle from them? I would go elsewhere, where you would be honorably treated. More

A friend recommended that I contact San Tan Volkswagen. The dealership is located an hour away from my home, but I contacted them anyway. I’m SO GLAD that I did. Everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, fun. Suddenly, my new car buying experience had gone from dismal to delightful! This dealership is PHENOMENAL! Before coming to SanTan VW I had actually taken my car to Berge VW for warranty work and other repairs which they refused to do unless i paid an extra one thousand dollars for I had actually taken my car to Berge VW for warranty work and other repairs which they refused to do unless i paid an extra one thousand dollars for a so called electrical issue. That same week I brought it to SanTan VW for a second opinion; they told me my car had no electrical issues and that there were no other problems that would interfere with the work I needed done. Becky went above and beyond when she learned I was taking the dealership I bought my car from to court. She helped draw up all the paperwork I needed to take with me. The staff was so nice every time I went in there, they even offered me a discount for all of the work which should've cost me almost $2,000. I plan on driving a Volkswagen the rest of my life & once it is time for me to purchase a new one I will definitely come back to this dealership. More

After having a terrible experience and bad service from superstition Honda, My wife and me also visited San Tan Volkswagen to see on the same date and met Seth Madison which i spoke too on the phone and ex superstition Honda, My wife and me also visited San Tan Volkswagen to see on the same date and met Seth Madison which i spoke too on the phone and explain to him my experience that day with a vehicle Seth asked me to give him a chance and promised that it would be different,when my wife and me arrived there was Seth with a big smile and welcome. We went to his desk and explain the whole story what had happen. I informed him what we wanted, what we can afford and was approved already for a car loan from Capital One. I asked Seth what car he had available to fit my budget and the first thing that he stated was,lets look at the Cobalt that we had called him about and not worried about my budget,which my wife and me really appreciated. We have taken cars to be test driving before,which normally is a ride around the block,but Seth stated that he wanted us to ride the car not only on the road,but also the expressway,which took 15 to 20 minutes. when we went back to his desk, he asked us how the car was and wanted to make sure that we were happy. My wife loved this car and told me that we can never afford this car as it was a newer vehicle. Seth asked about the company we had the approval from and i informed him how much and payments we can afford. Seth left to see his finance people and i informed my wife to be ready to get into an older car with higher miles. When Seth arrive back a little later my wife and me were stunned when he said they can get the car not only within our budget, but lower. My wife kept telling me there is a trick to this,i informed her that we should listen. As we waited for Seth the whole san tan valley volkswagen employees made my wife and me as we part of their family with their kindness and offering us if we wanted coffee,water anything we wanted, they are a very special kind of employees and working at the same place,my wife and me was just looking at each other and saying WOW,these people are really nice. When Seth arrived he had the numbers for us, he started by telling us,he had good news for us. He got the car under our budget,below the amount that Capital One approved us for, as i looked at my wife speechless for once :). I informed Seth if he was sure cause we gave back a car earlier in the day,that the dealer went out of our instuction and told us they could not do anything for us, Seth with his big smile told us he was sure. lets see here The other dealer wanted us to bye a plain 2010 chevy aveo for 13000 out the door. Seth and the San Tan Family wanted me to to drive a 2010 chevy cobalt with everything power for 11500. The decision was easy and i will always buy and recommend the san tan volkswagen family. Don't consider going to this dealership unless you have deep pockets. Dealer likes to add "market bumps" to any car that might be popular right now. By far the best car buying experience in many years. There was no pressure to buy, only to answer questions and inform, on the initial visit to the dealership. Seth, the salesperson I worked with, was very courteous and made a follow-up call a few days after my initial visit to make sure I did not have any lingering questions. My second visit to the showroom proved to be equally professional with only low key selling. When I set a third appointment to negotiate an offer, the same low key, very professional atmosphere existed. Negotiating a final deal was surprising quick and easy for both sides. Then it was on to the F&I Department. Again, a great experience! No pressure to buy extras, but sound reasoning to consider products and services that made good sense for me. The next thing that happened was even more amazing. the GM/Owner of the dealership sought me out to shake my hand and say thank you for making a purchase. How refreshing! Real professional service from real people. I would highly recommend San Tan VW. More
