The Dealership was very clean and attractive when you walk in. You were greeted in a friendly manner. My salesman was not pushy with regard to purchasing a car. Today I had the first exemplary visit to a service dealer in many, many years. Between Ricky, Tyson and Thomas, I was pleasantly surprised to see a team well put together. There were no misleading answers in many, many years. Between Ricky, Tyson and Thomas, I was pleasantly surprised to see a team well put together. There were no misleading answers, no "under state inspection rules, we can't let you see the work done in the shop" statements, no general money making tactics. Instead, I saw previously unanswered (previous management) questions answered with service shop secrets; you know, the ones that work that you usually have to pay for. I felt like my best interests were taken into account. I feel that this is a rarity these days. They seem to run this shop the way a service shop SHOULD be run. I would not dread going to this "Car Dealership Service Center" again. Guys....keep it up....see ya again. More

I have purchased 10 other cars and by far this has been the greatest experience including many 'luxury' dealerships. Ron did an oustanding job not only closing the deal and offering his suggestions as to the car we ended up purchasing, but his follow-up and ensuring our maintanence experience was positive was absolutely phenomenal. I can honestly say I remember ZERO other salespeople from other purchases made, but Ron stands out. My first visit I wasn’t sure what I wanted just thought I should check out all my options. I am happy to say I am pleasantly surprised on the quality and all the different option’s they had there on site a should check out all my options. We set an appointment with him cancelled on him and walked in the next day without an appointment. It was 100 degrees outside and it didn’t stop him from showing me 4 different cars that day. I finally decided what I wanted and I am a very happy girl ;) More
San Tan is hands down the best dealership I have brought any of my vehicles to. Ricky was especially helpful and friendly. Most recently I took my car in for an oil change. I had forgotten to mention my air had been blowing warmer than it should. I had previously serviced my GTI at Berge VW on Baseline where I had brought the car in 3 times specifically for the air issues only to be told “it’s the Arizona heat” and I needed to just deal. San Tan found a cracked gasket on my compressor which caused my freon to leak and blow warmer air. At Berge I felt they rushed me out correctly the bare minimum. San Tan found a few other minor issues and fixed them immediately. The team at San Tan were friendly and respectful and I always drive away knowing my car was shown love and care and the repairs were done correctly. Even when I showed up at 5:50pm to pick up my car the service advisor took the time to go over my paperwork and assured me the time did not matter. PS. Berge charged me $89.00 for an oil change. OUTRAGE! More
This is a great dealership!!! They made the car buying experience extremely easy. On top of that, while signing the paperwork I didn't have to wait very long and didn't have me in the office for a long t experience extremely easy. I visited SanTan VW with the intent on comparing researched vehicles of various makes and models. SanTan had the only manual VW Jetta TDI in the valley with its original manufacture's warranties, so researched vehicles of various makes and models. SanTan had the only manual VW Jetta TDI in the valley with its original manufacture's warranties, so it was high on my car search list. After test driving the Jetta it cemented its place at the top of my list of cars with its seat comfort/support and 'adult' knee room, solid construction, torque, and mpg surpassing the competition. Ron noted many of the other features like the body welds which eliminate the rubber gasket that inevitable deteriorates or collects debris and bluetooth functions which are icing on the cake. When it came to getting a workable price, Ron and Brian made it happen and all aspects were transparent. More
