After a rocky start with this dealer our issues seemed to get resolved. There was an issue with the first Certified Pre-owned vehicle I purchased and after a little time and a little heart ache for the both get resolved. The Customer Relations Manager, Monica Grajeda, and the Business Manager, Christian Harding, were the ones that made the effort to make this happen. The owner is extremely fortunate to have these two employees, ones that care very much about their customers and the success of the dealership. I'm happy that I was able to get the vehicle I was looking for, just disappointed it had to have been so difficult to get to that point. I'm definitely willing to give this dealer a second chance and just chocking this one up as an unusually bad day for the both of us.
