Business must be booming at this dealership. That is the only reason I can think of since they blew me off when I submitted an online inquiry. I gladly took my business elsewhere and purchased my VW from another dealership who was more than accommodating as well as responsive. Your loss San Tan VW! More

Went in test drove a few cars and selected the very one he recommended based on my lifestyle. I couldn't be more pleased with the new car and the experience. I was going to buy a Volkswagen, but how my experience went was going to determine where I was going to get it from. I went in with hopes of working with a female for my potential purchase. After walking around other car lots and having no one approach me to see if I even had any questions and then finding out that my husband, who happened to be walking around the same lot, was asked over 4 times, I was already dismayed by the gender bias. So here I was, going in to spend a lot of money, already planning on being disappointed with my experience. That was not the case at San Tan Volkswagen. They instantly accommodated my request and even better didn't even hesitate. Their number one concern was that I was happy with every step of the process and that was very clear from the beginning. They helped my pick out the best car for me, get the price I was looking for and made sure I was all set up with the bluetooth/navi/clocks/radio stations and made sure I understood how everything worked. It was an extremely easy, fast and friendly process. I would definitely buy another car from San Tan Volkswagen and would refer friends, family & colleagues without questions. More

We were so pleased with the service and "NO PRESSURE" sales tactics used by most dealers that we decided to purchase the Eos from Jack. Christian was also very helpful in explaining the financial process and as well the NO PRESSURE sales tactics for all the add-ons you expect with financing a car. First class team at San Tan VW. I will never go to a VW ever again. SanTan Volkswagen treated me so poorly and had absolutely ZERO customer service after I bought my car. I tried to go back not a week later to have some very minor, aes treated me so poorly and had absolutely ZERO customer service after I bought my car. I tried to go back not a week later to have some very minor, aesthetic things fixed with the car along with a concern about an oil leak. They said there's nothing they could do about it because no funds were set aside at the time of purchase for repairs. Well, here's the thing about first time car buyers; WE'RE IGNORANT. We come to you and we TRUST that you're not going to take advantage of us but rather educate us and help us with the process. The salesman that helped me should have mentioned that you need to set funds aside prior to closing when we were out on the test drive and I was saying "hey, this looks broken, hey, can we repair this before i buy?" But NO! NOTHING! They were extremely unaccommodating and it took me MONTHS to even get them to agree to look at it! Finally, after I brought it in, I was told nothing was wrong and they would give me a quote for the other (aesthetic) items. Today I took it in for my first servicing and found out over $4000 worth of work needed to be done! My oil change was 3200 miles over due! I haven't even driven the car for 3200 miles yet. ALL of the fluids in the car were empty and there were a couple of hoses broken that were causing oil to leak all over my engine. *IMAGINE THAT* You only want to implement this wonderful customer service until the car is off of your lot and then your'e done. Isn't any businessman's plan to have REPEAT customers? Well, let me repeat THIS all over the internet: VW is a xxxxing JOKE. More
