Once again, we were not pressured to purchase anything that we did not want or need. His humor combined with his professionalism helped us confirm that we were making the right decision to purchase a volkswagen. We ended up leasing a vehicle. Ron did the best he could to get them to get all the glue off my new car, but when I buy a new car I was expecting it to be meticulously clean. There should be no reason I have to clean the windows, wheels, and inside the door frame of glue and stickers. Maybe it's my attention to detail after 4 years in the Marine Corps, maybe not.
