I went to this dealership after shopping several dealers who would not work with me based on my credit situation. I found Josh to be extremely understanding and helpful in this regard, and he worked very h who would not work with me based on my credit situation. Jack Rasmussen also worked closely with us in test-driving the vehicles and helping us with the car buying process and was always very polite, professional, and helpful. Although my payment is higher than I had wanted, it is worth it and to be expected under my particular circumstances. I did not feel pressured or uneasy about the purchase or this dealership at any time and ended up with a very clean, solid vehicle that I instantly fell in love with even though I was initially opposed to Fords. When I arrived to pick up my car, Jack pointed out a couple of little extras that were added to the vehicle as a courtesy such as magnified mirrors and crossbars on the roof rack. This dealer did not honor their sales agreement with me. Despite two (2) months of trying to resolve this problem this store has stone walled me and not made the matter right.
