Great Service Experience.... Today was a great service experience. Michael took excellent care of me. He made sure that I was promptly waited on. He had me delivered home then picked up when the work was completed. Unfortunately this particular service was almost 2 years overdue. I have been asking since my 5000 mile service to have the driver's seat cover replaced. Then I asked again at the 10000 mile service. Now finally it was Alexander who listened to me on the previous service and got the cover ordered so that it could be installed yesterday. I had asked on 3 previous service appointments for this cover to be ordered. I am partially responsible because I did not pester the service department by phone to get it ordered. So after a total of 5 visits to Stadium for service, overall I would say that I am pleased. More
