I know the reason for the specials is to generate service business. But when I mentioned that my electric sun/moon roof was not performing adequately I was informed that there would be a $120 diagnostic fee. In the past Peter has pushed a few buttons to reconfigure the switch. So I declined the service because I thought that was a bit too high. More

They offered us a new 2018 model for the same price as a 2017 model. After we verbally agreed to purchase it, Miguel went to pick it up in Pasadena while we finalized the transaction with Omar. Kudos to their effort to close the deal. We live in central CA and drove to O.C. to car hunt and planned to spend all day to complete the mission. Miguel and Omar shortened our mission as it was the second dealership we visited and we planned to hit at least three more dealerships there. We were ecstatic. Thanks a zillion. More
