Good service and Honest I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Curnyn. He was upfront and honest with us with the pricing and availability of the car that I wanted. I I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Curnyn. He was upfront and honest with us with the pricing and availability of the car that I wanted. I compared his price with Cerritos Nissan dealership which wasted my time and my husband's time ,claiming that they had the car that I wanted but, in fact, they did not. Patrick was honest with us and said he would drive us to the dealership that had the car I wanted. He made the paperwork easier for us by doing some of it in advance so we didn't have to wait as long. He was very attentive and listened to our needs and helped us with the best way to finance and lease our car. Even though the price was higher than the other dealership, I admired Patrick's honesty with us which was more valuable to us. He gave a lower price at the end than the original price we were quoted. We valued his great customer service because he went over and beyond our expectations. More

I took advantage of the oil change special, which was excellent that I received an oil change for $20 and a really good car wash which I did not expect. So, thank you for that. I know the reason for the specials is to generate service business. But when I mentioned that my electric sun/moon roof was not performing adequately I was informed that there would be a $120 diagnostic fee. In the past Peter has pushed a few buttons to reconfigure the switch. So I declined the service because I thought that was a bit too high. More

Professional , knowledgeable and courteous staff. Miguel greeted us at the lot. We let him know what we had in mind and our budget. He led us inside and introduced us to his co-worker to look up a pickup truck that matched our needs. They did not have one in stock but quickly called around in O.C. and L.A. county. They offered us a new 2018 model for the same price as a 2017 model. After we verbally agreed to purchase it, Miguel went to pick it up in Pasadena while we finalized the transaction with Omar. Kudos to their effort to close the deal. We live in central CA and drove to O.C. to car hunt and planned to spend all day to complete the mission. Miguel and Omar shortened our mission as it was the second dealership we visited and we planned to hit at least three more dealerships there. We were ecstatic. Thanks a zillion. More
