Annual Leaf service I had my Leaf in for the annual service. Peter Barajas was great. He made sure that I got the best discount and kept me informed throughout the day. I love the car and it is running great, so I can't complain. If there was one thing to improve on I would like to have had better communication on the condition of the car. I received the Quality Inspection report which is a great idea. It showed that everything was Green (in proper condition) but that list includes Engine air cleaner, Exhaust system, Accessory drive belt, Inspect fuel tank etc, Transmission fluid, and Engine oil. My concern is my electric car has none of these. So I question how good the inspection was. It was probably done correctly but it makes me wonder. More

Good service and Honest I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Curnyn. He was upfront and honest with us with the pricing and availability of the car that I wanted. I I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Curnyn. He was upfront and honest with us with the pricing and availability of the car that I wanted. I compared his price with Cerritos Nissan dealership which wasted my time and my husband's time ,claiming that they had the car that I wanted but, in fact, they did not. Patrick was honest with us and said he would drive us to the dealership that had the car I wanted. He made the paperwork easier for us by doing some of it in advance so we didn't have to wait as long. He was very attentive and listened to our needs and helped us with the best way to finance and lease our car. Even though the price was higher than the other dealership, I admired Patrick's honesty with us which was more valuable to us. He gave a lower price at the end than the original price we were quoted. We valued his great customer service because he went over and beyond our expectations. More
